Refund policy

Return Policy

We accept returns of items meeting the following criteria:

  1. unworn or unused, and
  2. with original tags attached, and
  3. in clear garment/original packaging with SKU (manufacturer scanning) label. 

Please note: We do not accept exchanges of any kind. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return requests must be started within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Accepted returns will receive an email with instructions on how and where to the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Please note:  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise determined by Chez Lnae Desiign LLC at its sole discretion. 
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days of processing from the day the return is received by us.
  • You will receive an email confirmation after a return has been processed.

  • Face masks
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Sale items 
  • Custom items (e.g., personalized, specialized for you)
  • Gift Cards

Damaged/Incorrect Items

From time to time, we may make an honest mistake processing your order. Please inspect your packages upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. An email to info@chezlnaedesign.com and a brief explanation with photos is all we need to evaluate and make things right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Returns approved according to the above return criteria will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@chezlnaedesign.com.
